Vector beats everything
An AI, EPS, PDF or SVG file scales to any print size with clean edges. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have — 300 dpi at the final print size is the target.
Outline your fonts
Convert text to outlines (or send the font files) so the design does not reflow on our machines. Fonts are the number one cause of a redraw.
Name your colors
Give us Pantone numbers when the brand color matters. Without them we match to the screen, and screens lie.
