Process
From your art to your door in four steps
One account manager owns your order from quote to delivery. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you, and how long each part takes.
Tell us the count and the date
Send the quantity, the sizes if you have them, and the day you need it in hands. If the date is tight, say so first — it changes which blanks and decoration methods we recommend. You can also skip the conversation and order small runs straight from the cart.
Send the art in any form
Vector files print sharpest — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG works for full-color prints. If all you have is a photo of a shirt from three years ago, send that; our art team redraws it and shows you the result before it costs you anything.
Approve the digital proof
The proof shows the garment color, print placement, print size in inches and every ink or thread color. Revisions are free. Production time starts when you approve, not when you order, so same-day approval is the single fastest thing you can do for your deadline.
We print, pack and ship
Standard production is 10 business days. Rush production on select items ships in 5. We can box by size, split the shipment across locations, or kit individual bags with a name card for each recipient.
Decoration methods
Three ways to put your mark on it
All three are done in-house in Dallas. If you are not sure which one your art suits, send the file and we will tell you.
Spot-color logos to full-color photos, on cotton, blends and performance fabrics. We choose the print process that gives your art and quantity the best price and finish.
Thread stitched into the garment, priced by stitch count. Reads as the most premium option and holds up indefinitely on fleece and headwear.
A permanent mark burned into metal, wood or glass. One color only — the material's own tone — and it never wears off.
Turnaround
Count backwards from your date
Every stage below is business days, and production only starts once the proof is approved. For a Friday event, a 144-piece printed order wants to be quoted about three weeks out.
Common questions
Answers before you ask
Anything else, call (929) 314-3253 or start a chat. A person answers 8am–10pm ET.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece for printing, twelve for blank garments, twenty-four for embroidery. Hard goods like drinkware and bags start at twenty-four. There is no minimum to ask for a quote.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Sizes, yes — mix freely across S to 3XL and the price break follows the total count. Garment colors can be mixed on the same design as long as the ink colors stay the same; switching ink colors mid-run adds a setup charge per color.
What file should I send?
Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts outlined. For full-color prints, a PNG at 300dpi at final print size works. If you only have a photo of an old shirt, send it — our art team redraws it and shows you the result first.
How do quantity price breaks work?
Printing carries a one-time setup charge, so the cost per piece drops as the run grows. Every product page shows the full break table, and a quote lists each break so you can see what one more box would cost.
Do you handle kitting and shipping to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can box by size, split a shipment across locations, or pack individual kits with a name card per recipient. Tell us the address list and we quote it with the order.
What if the delivery is late?
If we miss a confirmed in-hands date for a reason on our side, we refund the rush fee and the freight. Dates confirmed in writing after proof approval are the ones we guarantee.
