Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of strattonmerch.com and to orders placed with Stratton Merch ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on product pages and in the pricing calculator are estimates for the options selected. Your written quote, or the price shown at checkout, is the price you pay. Quotes are based on the quantity, decoration and in-hands date you give us; changing any of them may change the price.

Proofs and approval

Every order gets a free digital proof showing the product, color, decoration placement, size and ink or thread colors. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, colors and sizes carefully: once approved, the proof is what we produce. Proof colors are shown on screen and may vary slightly from the finished product.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image and piece of text you send us, and that reproducing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any artwork we believe infringes a trademark or copyright, or is offensive or unlawful. You keep all rights to your artwork; we use it only to produce your order and the proof.

Production and delivery

Production times and shipping are described in our shipping policy. In-hands dates are guaranteed only once confirmed in writing after proof approval.

Custom products

Decorated items are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not match the approved proof. See our refund policy.

Quantities

Decoration involves setup and occasional spoilage. We will tell you before shipping if we are short on any size or color and refund or replace the difference.

Payment

Orders placed online are paid at checkout. Orders quoted by an account manager are paid as set out on the quote, before production unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
