Everything between the idea and the box

One account manager runs the whole job: the decoration method, the proof, the production date and how it is packed. Here is what we do and when each option fits.

Seven ways to put your logo on it

We match each job to the method that gives your art and quantity the best price and finish, and show it on the free proof. Not sure which one your art suits? Send the file and we will tell you.

Screen printing

Spot-color logos pressed through screens, the workhorse for tees, hoodies and totes. One-time screen setup, so the per-piece price drops fast with quantity.

Min. 1 · 1–6 spot colorsBest for tees, hoodies, totes
About printing
Embroidery

Your logo stitched into the garment. The premium look, and it survives every wash, which makes it the default for caps, polos and fleece.

Min. 24 · priced by stitch countBest for caps, polos, fleece
About embroidery
Full-color transfers

Photos, gradients and small runs printed as a digital transfer and heat-pressed on. Every color in one pass and no screens, so one piece costs the same per piece as ten.

Min. 1 · full color, no setupBest for small runs, photos, hats
Laser engraving

A permanent, single-tone mark cut into metal, wood or coated surfaces. It never peels or fades, which is why it suits drinkware and tech.

Min. 24 · single toneBest for tumblers, bottles, tech
About engraving
Patches

Woven or leather patches made to your shape, then sewn or heat-sealed on. The way to get a crisp logo onto textured fleece, beanies and workwear.

Min. 24 · woven or leatherBest for beanies, fleece, workwear
Puff embroidery

Raised 3D embroidery with foam under the thread, so bold letters and simple shapes stand off the cap.

Min. 24 · 3D on capsBest for structured caps
Names and numbers

Player names and numbers heat-applied one at a time, so every piece in the order can be different. Send the roster and we match it to sizes.

Common questions

Which one should I pick?

Anything else, call (929) 314-3253. A person answers 8am–10pm ET.

How do I choose between printing, transfers and embroidery?

Simple logos on tees in quantity: screen printing. Photos, gradients or a handful of pieces: full-color transfers. Caps, polos and fleece, or anything that should read as premium: embroidery. Send the art and the quantity and we will recommend one on the quote.

What are the minimums?

One piece for printing, transfers and names and numbers. Twenty-four for embroidery, laser engraving, patches and puff embroidery. Hard goods like drinkware and bags start at twenty-four.

Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?

Yes. Sizes are always mixed. Garment colors can be mixed on the same design, and a shirt color change rarely changes the price. We will tell you if it does.

What if I have a deadline?

Say so first. The date decides which blanks and methods we recommend. Standard production is 10 business days from proof approval, rush on select items ships in 5, and every in-hands date is confirmed in writing before you approve.
