Production times
Production starts when you approve your digital proof, not when you place the order. All times are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
- Quote: same day
- Digital proof: within 1 business day
- Standard production: 10 business days from proof approval
- Rush production: 5 business days from proof approval, on select items. A rush fee applies and is shown on your quote.
Shipping
- Orders ship from Dallas, TX.
- Ground shipping is UPS Ground to one US address, estimated from your ZIP code in the cart and charged at checkout.
- Ground transit is usually 1–4 business days depending on the destination.
- Faster freight, split shipments and shipping to multiple addresses are quoted separately.
You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.
In-hands dates
If you need your order by a specific date, tell us when you request a quote. Your account manager confirms the in-hands date in writing after you approve the proof. If we miss a confirmed in-hands date for a reason on our side, we refund the rush fee and the freight charge for that order. Delays caused by late proof approval, artwork changes after approval, or carrier disruptions outside our control are not covered.
Address and delivery issues
Please check the shipping address on your proof. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, re-shipping is charged at cost. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
